Inspired Exteriors was brought on board this multi-living residential project with a goal to create a high-quality living environment that seamlessly integrates built structures with carefully considered landscaping, aligning perfectly with the Green Factor target goals.

We prioritised environmental and social factors, ensuring an exceptional user experience and contributing to long-term sustainability and biodiversity. We strategically planted indigenous trees in the deep soil to form a continuous canopy, while deciduous trees were placed to provide essential summer shade and winter solar access. Over-slab raised planters offer both amenity and privacy, fostering an exquisite balance between private terraced gardens and common open spaces.

The design utilises harvested rainwater for irrigation, adhering to sustainable practices, and integrated raised containers for food production. Our concept aligns closely with the Council’s landscape aims and objectives, resulting in a harmonious blend of environmental, social, and amenity factors that create a premium living environment for residents.

We acknowledge and pay respects to Traditional Owners across Australia and the Torres Strait as the original custodians of these unceded lands.

We recognize and respect Traditional Owners continued connection to the land, water, sky and people, and their responsibilities of caring for Country.

We pay respects to Elders past and present whose knowledge and wisdom ensures the continuation of culture and traditional practices, and we appreciate their guidance when it is shared with us.
