This house sits in an idyllic setting three hours south of Sydney right on the beach but it’s a nightmare for the garden ... there is no soil, just sand.
Modest internal entertaining areas mean that a large area of paving will sit close to the house and external shower. This will be used for entertaining and relaxing, as its east facing, it’s perfect for a morning sun drenched breakfast and shaded from the sun by the house in the evening.
