When I first saw this beautiful house with its amazing view and manicured gardens I wasn’t too sure what I was called in for! It soon became apparent when I looked passed the pool and down to the water .... what a job.
This house is two acres of land; one of which is all steep hill side that needs major landscaping to make the most of all its space and maximise the property. The two key areas in the design are the large entertaining area binding the flat space back to the hill with Gabion walls and the ‘man cave’ pavilion that holds a gym, home cinema and indoor / outdoor space for relaxing.
